Rocket Fuels Monthly Guest Drawing — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
Rocket Fuels INC (the “Sponsor”), 123 Church Street, Loogootee, IN 47553.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of IN,KY who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and members of the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The drawing runs on a monthly basis. The current period is August 2026 (2026-08-01 through 2026-08-31). Entries must be received during the applicable entry period to be included in that period’s drawing.
4. How to Enter
(a) Survey entry: complete a guest-feedback survey and provide your email or phone and check the drawing-entry box. (b) Free mail-in entry (AMOE): hand-print your full name, mailing address, email or phone, and the words “Monthly Guest Drawing” on a 3×5 card and mail it to the Sponsor at the address in Section 1: 123 Church Street, Loogootee, IN 47553. Mail-in entries must be received during the entry period. Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly period, by either method. Illegible, incomplete, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.
5. Prize
(a) One (1) prize per period: $100 Rockets gift card. Approximate retail value (ARV): $100. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period. The prize is not transferable.
(b) The winner must claim the prize in person at the Rockets / Rocket Fuels store location associated with the winning entry, within fourteen (14) days of notification, with valid photo identification.
(c) The prize ($100 Rockets gift card) is redeemable only at Rockets Convenience Plus / Rocket Fuels store locations; it has no cash value and no substitution is offered except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion or where required by law.
6. Drawing & Notification
One winner per period is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within five (5) business days after the applicable entry period ends. The winner will be notified using the email or phone provided (or, for mail-in entries, the contact information on the card) within a reasonable time after the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seven (7) days of first notification, or is found ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on any prize. A single monthly prize (ARV $100) does not, on its own, reach the $600 threshold that triggers IRS Form 1099 reporting. However, if one individual’s total winnings from the Sponsor reach $600 or more in a calendar year, the winner must complete an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded and the Sponsor will report the winnings on IRS Form 1099-MISC as required by law.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize the winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name, last initial, and city or town of residence to announce the winner, without additional compensation. A winner who does not wish to consent may notify the Sponsor and, where permitted by law, will still be eligible to receive the prize.
9. Limitation of Liability & Release
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising out of participation in this drawing or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or undeliverable entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur.
10. Winners List
To request the name of the winner (available after the drawing), mail a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address in Section 1.
11. Governing Law
This drawing and these rules are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of this drawing shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
12. Privacy
Contact information you provide is used only to administer this drawing and, if you ask us to, to follow up about your visit. We do not sell it. See the Sponsor for any additional privacy terms.
13. General
By entering, each entrant agrees to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platform. Void where prohibited.
